Pagsasanay sa Industriya ng Gatas
Mga teknikal na programa para sa operators, technicians, at supervisors
Ang isang well-trained na operator ay mas mahalaga pa kaysa kahit anong advanced technology. Nakita ko ang mga plants na may pinakabagong equipment na napapatakbo lang ng pangkaraniwan, at mga plants na may lumang equipment na napapatakbo nang napakahusay. Ang pagkakaiba ay palaging ang pagsasanay.
HTST Pasteurization Training
Sakop: thermal principles (time/temperature pairs), system control (diversion valve, hold tube, PLC control), CIP ng pasteurizer, troubleshooting ng common problems (fouling, homogenizer failures, temperature recording), applicable regulations. Typical program: 1-2 araw teorya + practice sa plant.
CIP Training
Sakop: detergent chemistry (alkaline, acid, sanitizer), TACT parameters (time, mechanical action, concentration, temperature), CIP circuit design, troubleshooting (residual contamination, equipment damage, chemical overuse), CIP per service (line, tank, heat exchanger, evaporator). 1-2 araw.
Evaporator Training
Mas malaking program (3-5 araw) para sa falling-film evaporator operators. Sakop: vacuum evaporation principles, multiple effects at vapor recompression (MVR/TVR), startup at shutdown, Brix/concentration control, CIP, troubleshooting (fouling, poor vacuum, reduced capacity).
Spray Drying Training
3-5 araw. Sakop: drying principles, atomization system (nozzles vs disc), humidity at temperature control, heat balance, common problems (coarse powder formation, over-drying, fouling, fire/explosion risk), dryer CIP, powder quality control.
HACCP at Food Safety
Specific HACCP training na ina-apply sa dairy. Sakop: HACCP principles, identification ng dairy-specific hazards (microbiological, chemical, physical), CCP analysis, monitoring at verification, non-conformity management.
Customized Programs
Bawat plant ay may specific needs - installed technology, level ng operators, mga produktong ginagawa. Ang aking mga programs ay custom-designed pagkatapos ng initial assessment visit. Available sa Filipino, English, o Spanish. On-site o online (Zoom/Teams).
